Sabbatical

How it works

Up, In, and Out

  • Refers to our relationship with Jesus and cultivating that relationship.

Looking up to Jesus and aligning yourself with Him in a loving relationship.

  • Is about understanding ourselves as God's creation and how he designed us.

Understanding your make-up and how this loving God designed you.

  • Is about how we can serve God and others.

To how this loving God is guiding you to serve Him.

  • All three areas of life should be examined and cultivated to achieve peace, a healthy understanding of yourself, and the ability to journey with God as He guides you while you travel with others.

While contemplating a Sabbatical, having a Spiritual Mentor or Director to guide you is essential. I have taken other sojourners along on sabbaticals and would like to travel with you.

I can provide you with a once-a-month Spiritual Direction appt so we can process each step of Look Up, Look In, and Look Out and how to walk through your Sabbitcl time. I have books and written material to help you along the way. By listening to your needs, I can cultivate a pathway for you to take this time to meet your journey needs.

There is a one-time fee for setting up your sabbatical and study needs, plus the monthly fee for meeting up.

    For set-up fee is $100.00

The monthly meet-up fee is $50.00

Testimony.

Years of overwork and non-existent boundaries turned into spiritual and emotional unhealthiness as well as burnout. I needed help! As my Spiritual Director, Jackie provided a framework and led me through an intentional sabbatical study that addressed my spiritual and emotional health as well as my God-given gifts and strengths. Her spiritual wisdom and thought-provoking questions guided me toward a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus. While challenging, the internal work has produced rewards, which I believe will continue. I am thankful for Jackie’s direction and insight through the process and highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to begin the journey toward health and wholeness. ~ N.G.
