FounderHello,
I'm Pastor Jackie Ranger. I'm an ordained Pastor with The Assemblies of God and love serving others in various seasons, including their emotional, relational, and spiritual health. But I will get to that later because my story journeys back to when I was six years old, sitting on a fire hydrant in front of my Mom's corner lot 1900-old home. This was a pivotal moment in my life, a moment that set me on a path of spiritual discovery and service to others.
I was looking at my Mom's home when a presence came over me and gave me a sense of comfort and that I needed to go elsewhere, away from my family, to get what I needed to move forward in life. This presence at the time made me feel that the church was elsewhere. Now, for a six-year-old, that might sound strange. You might ask if I ate a bad pizza the night before. That afternoon, I felt a comforter I hadn't felt before and at peace—a peace I had never felt at my childhood home because my childhood home was filled with trauma and hardship. As I grew, acknowledged God as my savior and Lord, and matured at this local church, I understood that that presence was God's Spirit speaking to me, like Hagar, a story of a young woman who was desperate in the Bible-Genesis chapter 16. God came to her and saw her hopeless situation, and she named God "Elroi, The God who sees me." Everyone wants to be known and seen by someone.
God saw me sitting there looking at the hopelessness of my life, and God met me in my unique situation.
As I became an adult and worked through my trauma, God brought me a loving husband, Robroy Ranger, to partner with. We have raised three children and have two grandboys. Robroy and I have, separately and together, ministered at various churches in California, Oregon, Washington, and Australia.
This season, God's calling me to minister to others through my uniqueness, gifts, talents, certifications, and heart to those who need to be seen.
I started this ministry of life coaching, mentoring, or spiritual direction called Elroy. The name 'Elroy' holds a special significance as it represents the God who sees us in our most vulnerable moments, offering comfort and guidance. This ministry is designed to meet the needs of singles, marriage, parenting, and leaders who want to be seen.
As a Minister, I bring a wealth of experience and qualifications to my work. I focus on Life Coaching and am certified by Coach Approach Ministries (CAM). I also Mentor with certifications in Love and Logic Parenting, Preparing and Enriching marriage, and Pre-marriage. In addition, I'm a certified Spiritual Director with the Anglican Church of New England. These qualifications, combined with my personal journey, uniquely position me to guide and support others in their own journeys.

Good' y,
I'm the right reverend Robroy of Vancouver. I was born in Australia and came to the USA in 1984. I started my journey in ministry by reaching out to youth on the streets of Hollywood and later transitioned to youth ministry, where my goal was to walk alongside young people. During that time, I met my wonderful wife, Jackie. Together, we have three adult children and two grandsons who bring joy to our lives.
I've served for 20 years as the Lead Pastor of a multicultural church in Redmond, WA, which has been a profoundly fulfilling experience. I am a decisive and collaborative leader driven by a passion for breathing Christ into the world and setting people free in His love.
I have transitioned my wisdom into supporting and leading other Pastors as the Superattent of the Oregon Conference of the Free Methodist Church.
In my free time, I enjoy cycling, snacking on Aussie treats, and going on adventure travel whenever possible. I was born in Australia and came to the USA in 1984. In addition to my pastoral work, I work with my wife in mentoring marriage, pastoral counseling, and teaching for various ministries.
